Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from the fodder house and three persons fled away from there at the time of recovery. Petitioner has filed affidavit that the fodder house does not belong to the petitioner and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28133 of 2020(3) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Rafiganj Police Station Case No.261of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
