In this petition, a prayer was made to make correction in page-2 of the order dated 29.09.2015 passed in C.W.J.C.No.2440 of 2015. By way of filing supplementary affidavit to the modification petition i.e. M.J.C. no.766 of 2016, it has been indicated that due to inadvertence, in paragraph-4 of the main writ petition, incorrect vehicle number was mentioned and instead of Pick-up Van No. UP 67T/3712, it was typed as UP67T/6372. Since there was error in the main writ petition, same error has occurred in page-2 of para-2 of the order dated 29.09.2015.

In view of facts and circumstances, Modification

Patna High Court MJC No.766 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 petition is allowed and order dated 29.09.2015 passed in C.W.J.C.No.2440 of 2015 is modified to the extent that at page-2, in para-2 in place of Pick up Van no.UP-67T/6372, it may read as Pick up Van no. UP 67T/3712.

The order is modified accordingly.
