After some argument, since the petitioners have been noticed by the police under Section 41 of the Cr.P.C. to surrender in the court below, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition so that the petitioners may surrender in the court below.

Prayer is allowed. The anticipatory bail petition is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioners surrender before the court below, the learned court below shall consider their case on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
