====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 19-10-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 665 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Even the looted articles have not been put on test identification parade even though charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Sumant Kumar has been granted bail by this Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20393 of 2020 and another
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24466 of 2020(3) dt.19-10-2020 2/2 co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 29.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21163 of 2020. The petitioner is in jail custody since 29.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has seven criminal cases mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
