Precisely, the application raises a grievance with regard to the non payment of the dues under the head over time. Indisputably, the other dues of the petitioner upon superannuation have been paid.

A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondent. Paragraph no. 6 thereof states as under:- "6. That the following retiral dues has been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner.

A Over time a sum of Rs.

50348/-October 11 to Feb, 2013 has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque no. 255033 dated 14.10.14.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6932 of 2015 (4) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 B. Over time for 2002 A sum of Rs. 3995/- to 11 Nov. 2002 has been paid to the petitioner along with one other cheque of Rs. 1,20,289/- vide cheque no. 453464 dated 7.11.15 apart from the cheque no.

260666 dated 14-9-14."

On going through the counter affidavit, it appears that the admissible dues under the head over time have been sanctioned and paid to the petitioner. If there be any discrepancy therein, it shall be open to the petitioner to make appropriate representation for consideration and disposal in accordance with law.

The writ application stands disposed of.
