SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Petitioner and informant alongwith their respective counsel are also present in Chambers proceedings.
2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Maranchi (Panchmahla OP) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, GR No. 2456 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. This case relates to torture and harassment subjected to the informant due to non-fulfillment of four wheeler as further dowry demand and finally husband of the informant and his family members compelled her to left her matrimonial home.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is husband of the informant and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was in relationship with the informant since 2011 and later on she olemnized marriage with her in the year 2019. Petitioner never demanded any thing either from the informant or from her father. In fact, the informant from the very first day, never wants to live with her in-laws. On several occasions petitioner tried to talk with the informant but she refused to talk with him. During course of argument, learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that both husband and wife are engaged as Engineer in a private firm.
5. Today, petitioner himself asserted that still he wants to keep his wife with full honour and dignity but informant is not ready to lead the conjugal life with the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge him on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Maranchi (Panchmahla O.P.) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2923, G.R. No. 2456 of 2023 he will be enlarged on bail on
