ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 2.7.2014 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37285 of 2013.

The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.7.2014 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 37285 of 2013 in which he was directed to surrender before the Court below within stipulated time but unfortunately, he could not surrender in time, since he is an Army Personnel and, at the relevant time, leave was not sanctioned to him. Hence, he prays that time be extended to surrender in the Court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, further two weeks time is granted from the date of receipt/production of copy of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21357 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 order to the Petitioners to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 059 of 2013 in terms of the order dated 2.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 37285 of 2013.
