2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Some unknown miscreants are alleged to have killed son of the informant by sharp cut weapon.

4. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Penter Kumar Mishra. Besides this, no other direct or indirect evidence has come against the petitioner during course of investigation to show his complicity in the occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,
