The petitioner apprehends his arrest in T.R. No.926 of 2017, arising out of Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.67/2014 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Sudama Prasad, the Co-ordinator of Childline alleged that the petitioner realized Rs. 20/- from each child and adult for preparation of Adhar Card. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no villagers complaint about realizing of any money from any of the members.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

No.29526 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Tr. No.926 of 2017, arising out of Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.67/2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
