2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Madehpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 1591 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 80 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that one Smita Kumari (deceased) was married on 18.04.2025 with Ramanji Mukhiya. It is alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On 16.08.2025, the informant came to know that the deceased had been killed by her in-laws.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29002 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that the nature of the allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The main thrust of allegation is against the husband. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 17.08.2025.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jhanjharpur in connection with Madhepur P.S.
