No. 483 of 2015 the present application has been filed for modification in the details of the respondent no.4. It is stated that by mistake in the cause title the details of respondent no.4 as 'Rajauli Anchal' was typed in place of 'Govindpur Anchal', both falling in the District of Nawada.

Having heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to make correction in the cause title of the writ petition in so far as the details of respondent no.4 is concerned. Accordingly, the order

Patna High Court MJC No.647 of 2016 (2) dt.11-03-2016 2/2 dated 06/02/2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 483 of 2015 is also modified to the effect that respondent no.4 appearing in the cause title shall be read as Anchal Adhikari, Govindpur Anchal, P.O. &P.S. Govindpur, Nawada.
