The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 66 of I.T. Act, Sections 18(A), 18(B), 18(C), 27(C), 28(A), 27(B)-II, 33(I) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 of Magic Remedies Act, 1954.
The petitioner is owner of the house, where the tenants were involved in cheating the people on the pretext of getting prize, on identification of the photograph. Submission is that the petitioner is aged about 70 years. He has no criminal antecedent nor he has concern with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52157 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 activity of the tenants.
Let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif/Successor Court in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) Police Station Case No. 281 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
