In this case the petitioner is seeking rehabilitation of those persons who have been removed occupying railway property in the Digha railway line. In fact they are encroachers. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.11760 of 2019 dt.20-09-2019 2/2 encroachment has been removed on the basis of order passed by this Court and as such there is no question of giving any direction for rehabilitation of encroachers who have been removed from railway property.

This Court does not find any merit in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
