The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 436, 379, 354(B), 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Javed. There is case and counter case between the parties for the land disputes. Moreover, the injury sustained by the wife of the informant is found simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.51548 of 2017 (3) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nawadah in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
