Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur PS Case No. 134 of 2016 registered under Sections 143, 149, 353, 120B 504, 511 of the IPC. And Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and one of the mobile of sim numbers recovered from the place of occurrence belongs to the petitioner and he has also got no criminal antecedent. Other similarly situated co accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39818 of 2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Abhishek Kumar @ Mukul Kumar in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from
