KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 A show cause has been filed on behalf of Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, in which specific statement has been made that pursuant to advertisement nos. 1/2014, 2/2014 and 3/2014 no appointment has been made in the district of Saharsa. As such, no contempt is made out for deliberate and wilful violation of the order of this Court.

In view of the statement made by Superintendent of Police, Saharsa, in his show cause, the present contempt proceeding is dropped.

However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from agitating his claim before appropriate authority in accordance
