JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 03-01-2018 I. A. No.9339 of 2017 is an application for substitution of large number of respondents before the writ court. The order in the writ was passed on 26.3.2015. However, all those respondents, whose names have been indicated in the substitution petition, had already died much prior to passing of the order.
Substitution, therefore, cannot be permitted at this belated stage. The effect of the order will not reflect upon the dead persons. I.A. No.9339 of 2017 is dismissed. As a consequence thereof, I.A. No.6104 of 2016 is also dismissed along with the LPA.
