Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 307, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and others intimidated the informant on the point of pistol to compromise the murder case of the brother of the informant.
Submission is that in the murder case, some other coaccused have already been convicted. Petitioner is not an accused in that case. Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2019. Co-accused Ghanshyam Pandey has already been allowed bail by the learned court below.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) Police Station Case No. 03 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
