2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022, instituted under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on secret information 30 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the bank of river and one motorcycle was also recovered from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is the owner of the seized motorcycle. The said motorcycle was given to his friend. Petitioner has no concern with the illegal wine. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Pipra P.S.
