Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 553 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 342, 325, 323, 353, and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the informant was not present at the place of occurrence and some other employees were protesting to fulfill their demand. He is a government employee and has no criminal history. Also no firearm has been recovered from his possession Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within

No.1843 of 2017 (4) dt.07-03-2017 period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.
