Petitioner is an accused in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 310 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, being a father-in-law of the deceased, has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.02.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief
