The petitioner submits that now there is no water lodging in his area, which has been affirmed by the State by filing affidavit in the matter.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that the State would make endeavour to make an arrangement that in future there would not recurrence of such situation.
