====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, these petitioners and other three unknown accused persons overpowered motorcycle of the informant, assaulted him with lathi and iron rod. Petitioners snatched gold chain from the informant and a wrist watch, ring and cash Rs.2000/- from his companion Niranjan.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that injury caused by these petitioners was found to be grievous.

6. Considering the accusation against these petitioners and nature of injury caused by them, prayer for bail of these petitioners is rejected.
