JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 24-03-2017 Petitioner having passed the examination in question in the year 1979, as contended by the petitioner, did not take any steps for approaching the Board and seeking correction of the date of birth as recorded in the Mark-Sheet issued by the Board. He stood satisfied with the date of birth recorded in the certificate; joined the Government service in the Department in the year 2006 and thereafter after joining service sought correction of the date of birth after a period of about 10 years. Under these circumstances, if the learned Writ Court has dismissed the writ petition in the matter of seeking correction of the date

Patna High Court LPA No.665 of 2016 dt.24-03-2017 2/2 of birth recorded in the certificate issued by the Board, no error has been committed by the learned Writ Court warranting reconsideration.
