Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 250 of 2015 registered under Sections 324/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. No specific overt act is attributed to him. In fact, earlier there was dispute between the petitioner's brother and the informant and for which F.I.R. being Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015 has been registered by the petitioner side against the informant. On this count, this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. for the state has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is direct allegation of making fire, which

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
