The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhbua P.S. Case No.497 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 379 and 427 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that on the date of the occurrence altogether six F.I.R. named accused persons along with 50-55 unknown persons came at the door of the informant and assaulted the father and brothers of the informant with lathi and danda. They further took away Rs.52,000/- and a gold chain of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is omnibus. Considering the omnibus allegation, facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, in Bhabua P.S. Case No.497 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
