The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he chopped off the ear of the husband of the informant by teeth.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is counter version of the occurrence and

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S.
