2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time, all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members in which they sustained injury and also took Rs. 8000/- from the pocket of informant.

4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. Case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29102 of 2023(2) dt.17-07-2023 2/2 case . Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S.
