This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 180/2013, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the stand, on behalf of the petitioner, that similarly situated accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by this Court, vide various orders which have been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 series, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48895 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 180/2013, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
