Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 23.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47991/ 2021.

The trial court report reveals that case is still pending for supply of police paper. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
