2. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 11.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15966 of 2014.

Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, according to which the remaining 2nd and 3rd instalments of Rs. 67,000/- and Rs. 66,000/-have been deposited on 04.01.2017 and 23.01.2017, respectively in the Nazarat of the Civil Court, Bettiah.
