In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

On account of previous dispute with respect to land, all the accused persons raided the house of the Informant and accused Pankaj Choudhary killed the father of the Informant. An allegation has been made against him and others to have resorted to indiscriminate firing on the mother of the Informant and other family members.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30106 of 2018(2) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 case as also the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
