JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 06.06.2022, passed in Cr. Misc No.9281 of 2022, to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court and obtain the privilege of anticipatory bail be extended by a further period of three weeks form today.
The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of certain miscommunication, the petitioner could not come to know about the aforesaid order dated 06.06.2022 in time, resulting in him not being able to surrender, within the time frame as prescribed by this Court for the purposes of grant of anticipatory bail.

No.32533 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to modify the aforesaid order dated 06.06.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9281 of 2022 and direct that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court for the purposes of being released on anticipatory bail shall stand extended by a further period of three weeks form today.
The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
