SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 as both have been arrested.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, this application on behalf of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is dismissed as withdrawn. The application survives only against petitioner no. 1.
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
5. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

6. The FIR discloses that the petitioner no. 1 along with six others came to the house of the informant and starting hurling abuses and she assaulted the informant's sister-inlaw(Bhabhi) with fists and lathi.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be evident from First Information Report that there is general and omnibus allegation on all the accused persons of having assaulted the informant and there is no allegation of misbehaving with the daughter of the informant upon the petitioner no. 1. Further, there is a land dispute and case and counter case between the parties. As a matter of fact, petitioner no. 3, had lodged an FIR prior to the present case and further it appears from the records that there is no injury sustained by any person in the entire occurrence.
8. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner no. 1 has two criminal antecedents. However, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is on bail in both the cases.
9. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner no. 1 in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four
