JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Laheri P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-420, 406, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the complaint petition that these petitioners were Area Director and ADO of Enormous Company Industry Ltd. having branch at Mehta Market, Bharaopar, Bihar Sharif. These petitioners with other accused persons approached the informant and assured him to deposit the amount and on assurance, the informant invested money through debentures and FD, RD and MIS but after maturity period, the petitioners and other accused persons did not repay the amount to the depositors and fled away after closing the branch. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
