Petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Hazipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 328 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. In fact there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant for which a Title Suit No. 620 of 2014 is pending. On account of land dispute, an altercation took place and the informant side sustained injury, which is simple in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is direct allegation of knife blow with intention to kill the

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to this petitioner. Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
