This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dehri (T) (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

In the investigation, the petitioner has been found involved in cheating the job aspirants and taking money from them for providing job. This kind of cheating is quite common in the State. Furthermore, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory
