JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 Heard Mr. Sada Nand Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Gawahar, learned A.P.P for the State. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 22.12.2014 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Mahila P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012, whereby the processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are family members of the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that charge has been framed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9800 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 and the trial has commenced.

In view of the changed stage of the trial, the present application has become infructuous.

Accordingly the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court.
