The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 91A of 2017 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2017. He further submits that there is no credible evidence to connect the petitioner in the present crime.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is
