On account of clutches having prescribed under para-28 of the judgment reported in 2016(4) PLJR 1058 while entertaining privilege for anticipatory bail relating to a case registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, learned counsel for the appellants submits that in the background of admitted case of the parties over inter se relationship as employee as well as employer, will give a good ground for getting the appellants enlarged on regular bail and so, instant petition be disposed of in terms thereof, so that disposal of instant memo of appeal will not cause prejudice at the time of prayer for regular bail having made on behalf of appellants at an appropriate stage.
