This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nirmali P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013, disclosing offences under Sections 147,148,149,323,307,341,342,354,379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26102 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 This anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioners six years after lodging of the First Information Report cannot be entertained.

This application is accordingly rejected.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If they do so, their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
