2. The present writ petition has been listed under the heading 'For Orders on Office Notes'. The defects, as pointed out by the Registry are ignored.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the Memo No. 774, dated 08.03.2022, issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7931 of 2022(4) dt.17-09-2024 2/3 whereby it has been communicated to the Panchayat Secretarycum-Member Secretary, Panchayat Teacher Employment Unit, Gram Panchayat Raj- Kutiya, Block-Vijayipur, District Gopalganj that in view of the complaints received against the advertised post, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj has ordered that till the conclusion of the inquiry process, the counseling of the teachers with regard to the Gram Panchayat Raj-Kutiya, Block-Vijayipur, District-Gopalganj be stopped.

4. The petitioners have also sought for a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly the District Magistrate, Gopalganj and the District Education Officer, Gopalganj to carry out the counseling of the teachers with regard to Gram Panchayat Raj - Kutiya, Block-Vijayipur, District-Gopalganj, expeditiously.

5. Since the writ petition pertains to Panchayat Teachers and the petitioners have prayed for conclusion of the recruitment process for appointment of Panchayat Teachers at Gram Panchayat Raj-Kutiya, Block-Vijayipur, DistrictGopalganj; having regard to the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.) along with the series of connected writ petitions, these writ petitions are hereby
