Learned counsel for the parties submits that the Execution Case No. 03 of 2005 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)1st, Danapur, Patna has been stayed by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.06.2023 in First Appeal No. 202 of 2005. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous application becomes infructuous and prayed to dispose of.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous No. 416 of 2023 is disposed of.
