The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No.351 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 304(B)/120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The deceased was killed by unknown criminals.

The petitioner and co-accused persons have been identified in the CCTV footage having fired at the deceased. This all happened because of earlier dispute between the deceased and the petitioner and accused persons. The deceased has sustained eight gun-shot injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.
