JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 828 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 356, 379, 401, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended on the basis of suspicion, as he failed to produce the documents relating to purchase of mobile, which is found in his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than four months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st
