2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of LPA No. 894 of 2019 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.04.2025.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 07 to 09 of the petition, the MJC No. 1446 of 2025 is allowed subject to

Patna High Court MJC No.1446 of 2025(3) dt.16-01-2026 2/2 payment of Rs.1000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which in turn shall go to Suvas Cell, Patna High Court for purchase of flower pots.

4. The LPA No. 894 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
