Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nadriganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of four days without any explanation. Victims have been recovered and they in their statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. did not name this petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30057 of 2018(2) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nawada in connection with Nadriganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
