JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 18-05-2017 The petitioner, a public spirited person, was aggrieved by the transfer of respondent no.7, Dr. Raj Deo Prasad Singh, from Primary Health Centre, Garkha to Primary Health Centre, Baniapur, where according to the petitioner he had served for the maximum time during his 15 years tenure in the district. Several allegations are being made but this Court would not be required to enter into the same in view of the counter affidavit so filed today, whereby the deputation order of respondent no.7 has been cancelled vide Memo No. 937 dated 17.5.2017 brought on record vide Annexure 'A' to the counter affidavit filed today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3629 of 2016 (4) dt.18-05-2017 In view of the circumstances so explained, the issue so raised by the petitioner has been taken to its conclusion and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
