1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the Respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.8282 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 initiate a proceeding for removing the respondent no. 10 from his post as he has been wrongly continuing on the post of Assistant Maulvi (Alim) in Madarsa Mohammadia Arabia Bhagwatipur Mantola P.S. Pandaul, District- Madhubani (Madarsa No. 172).

Respondent no.10 from his post and also to realize/recover all the amount from the respondent no. 10 paid in the shape of salary to him and also to take legal action against the respondent no. 10 for the wrong done by him."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
