2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 94/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(4), 352, 351(3) and 103(1) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted the victim because of which the victim died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner on the deceased. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.04.2025. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29445 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that there is direct allegation against him that he along with other co-accused persons killed the deceased.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
